Dial Machine Company opened its doors for business in July 1965, specializing in small precision turned parts. However, due to the excellent Quality Control, Competitive Pricing & Dependable Customer Service, it rapidly expanded into a full service shop, increasing the capacity to perform precision CNC milling & turning, including Precision Screw Machining Components.

Today the company employs 20 people, providing Precision Screw Machining Components to a variety of industries including Automotive Parts Re-Manufacturing, Medical, Commercial & Industrial Machines.

These components are produced on various machines including 6 CNC turning centers, as well as a Swiss CNC turning center, 3 CNC vertical machining centers, Brown & Sharpe automatic screw machines, and a variety of manual machines including surface & center less grinders.

Dial Machine is capable of producing prototype and small to medium size production quantities and can perform some assembly operations if necessary.

A number of different materials are machined on a daily basis including stainless steel. Cold rolled steels such as 1018, 1144SP, 12L14, 4140, 8620, AL, some castings and some plastics such as Delrin & PVC are also our specialty.

We are currently certified to Mil-Spec-45208A & are ISO9002 Compliant.

Our philosophy through the years has been to continue to provide Precision Screw Machining Components in a reasonable amount of time at a competitive price and to provide continued customer service with the intention of establishing long term relationships with our customer base.
