Dial Machine is capable of producing Swiss CNC Turning and can perform some assembly operations if necessary.
A number of different materials are Swiss CNC Turned on a daily basis including stainless steel. Cold rolled steels such as 1018, 1144SP, 12L14, 4140, 8620, AL, some castings and some plastics such as Delrin & PVC are also our specialty.
We are currently certified to Mil-Spec-45208A & are ISO 9002 Compliant.
Dial Machine also has a large amount of support equipment, in order to assure quality and service to our customers.
